Although, I didn't need any extra customer service, the extra sweet graphic treatment of my name was indeed beyond special!! Wonderful print also, I can't wait to frame it!

The print is great; exactly as shown. I unfortunately won't buy again/recommend seller. I purchased 10/3; estimated arrival date was shown as between 10/11 and 10/15 - I made note in my order this was a gift that was needed 10/16. On 10/11 I created a help request -tracking showed USPS awaiting item - I again noted the item was a gift. I received a response that the seller had been having issues with tracking not being accurate. I waited. Tracking finally updated to show item provided to USPS 10/13. No offer of replacement. Received 10/24 - no responsibility taken for late mailing or offer of remuneration. :(
